Terms and Conditions

At The White Door, every membership, prepaid package and treatment plan is thoughtfully curated to offer exceptional value and a personalised wellness experience. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Purchase & Refund Policy

  • All memberships, prepaid packages and treatment plans are final and non-refundable.
  • No refunds, whether partial or full, will be issued for unused, partially used or fully utilised memberships, packages or treatment plans.
  • Memberships, prepaid packages and treatment plans are non-transferable and may not be assigned, exchanged for cash, store credit or substituted for any other service unless expressly approved in writing by The White Door.
  • Refunds will not be granted due to relocation, travel, pregnancy, medical conditions, scheduling conflicts, change in personal circumstances or any other unforeseen event that affects utilisation.

2. Validity

  • Every membership, prepaid package and treatment plan is valid only for the period specified at the time of purchase.
  • Extensions to the validity period are granted solely at the discretion of The White Door and only under exceptional circumstances supported by appropriate documentation.
  • Any unused balance, sessions or benefits remaining after the expiry date shall automatically lapse without refund, credit or extension unless otherwise approved in writing.

3. Appointments, Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • All services are available strictly by prior appointment and are subject to therapist, doctor and treatment room availability.
  • We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments ("No Shows"), or late arrivals that prevent the treatment from being completed may be charged as a full session or deducted from the package or membership at the discretion of The White Door.
  • Clients arriving late may receive a shortened treatment to avoid inconvenience to subsequent appointments, while the full session will be considered utilised.

4. Medical Suitability

  • Certain treatments may require a medical consultation before they can be performed.
  • Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, allergies, medications, pregnancy or other health conditions before receiving treatment.
  • The White Door reserves the right to decline, postpone or modify any treatment where it is considered medically unsuitable or not in the client's best interest.
  • Such decisions shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Treatment Results

  • Individual treatment outcomes vary from person to person based on factors including lifestyle, medical history, skin condition and adherence to recommended home care.
  • While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, The White Door does not guarantee specific aesthetic or therapeutic outcomes.

6. Retail Products

  • Retail products purchased from The White Door may only be exchanged if they are received damaged or defective, subject to verification by our team.
  • Opened, used or improperly stored products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Gift cards, promotional offers and complimentary services are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

7. Membership Benefits

  • Membership privileges, promotional offers and exclusive benefits are available only during the active validity period and cannot be carried forward beyond expiry unless expressly stated.
  • Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specified by The White Door.

8. Right to Amend

  • The White Door reserves the right to amend, modify or discontinue memberships, prepaid packages, treatment plans, pricing, benefits, inclusions, validity periods or these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion.
  • Any such amendments shall become effective from the date published and shall not entitle members to a refund or compensation.

9. General

  • The White Door reserves the right to refuse service where appropriate, including circumstances involving inappropriate behaviour, abuse of staff, non-compliance with clinic policies or where treatment is deemed unsuitable.
  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.

By purchasing a membership, prepaid package or treatment plan, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
