Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Appointment Confirmation

Appointments are confirmed only upon:

  • Successful payment (if applicable), or
  • Confirmation via communication from The White Door.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to appointment may be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may attract a cancellation fee.

No-shows may result in full forfeiture of the booking amount.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

  • Appointment cancelled within eligible window
  • Service unavailable due to operational reasons
  • Duplicate payment

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after service has begun
  • Dissatisfaction after service completion (subject to management review)
  • Late arrival beyond acceptable time window

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed by Sana Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Processing time: within 7–14 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.

5. Management Discretion

The White Door reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
