Appointment Cancellation Policy

The White Door Spa has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.

If you do not show up for your service which is Prepaid, your PrePaid Service is turned into a gift certificate, and the deposit (30%) is used to pay for your time. The remainder of your gift certificate is available for you to use.

Example: You have a PrePaid Facial that you scheduled and did not notify The White Door Spa with an appropriate cancellation notice. Your PrePaid Package or service would be turned into a Gift Card, and that gift card would be used to pay 30% of your regular service price. The remainder of your Gift Card will stay on your account.



Late Guest Policy

We understand life happens. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to scheduled appointment, please call us. We try our best to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guests scheduled that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day. Please notify us in advance if you are going to be running late for us to make reasonable accommodations.



Confirmation Calls

As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We will call to confirm your service prior to your appointment and you will receive an email if we have your information on file. We confirm in advance as a courtesy because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.



REFUND POLICY

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Expires in 1 Year, No Cash Value, NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.

DEPOSITS ON SERVICES: Expires in 1 Year, No Cash Value, NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.

PRE PAID SERVICES: Expires in 1 Year, No Cash Value, NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash. Can be redeemed for a gift certificate which will expire in 1 years.

SERVICES: The White Door Spa does not refund services, but if for any reason you are unhappy, we will provide you with the same, or similar service to help leave you feeling satisfied about your experience at The White Door Spa.

PRODUCTS: We will issue a full refund on products returned and unused within 7 days of purchase.

If the product has been opened, no refund shall be considered.

We accept the Debit & Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Razor pay, Cash, Checks & UPI payments are also accepted.
